Ang Pagibig:)))

Lets start with the word "crush"define as infatuation. As human being we all need to be inlove,
Never expected that this will come to our life,
But anyway, how to make a girl or a boy fall in love with you?
As we all know, courting or dating a girl is one way for a girl to fall inlove with the boy, unmindful of the fact that love only exists when both of you dont know why you fall inlove, remember : love is a mystery even if you have it already, still its a mystery.

Ban Asbestos!

                                                      "Say  NO to Asbestos"

What is asbestos?
Where  can you find asbestos?
And what is asbestos poisoning?
What does it do to the body when its ingested.

A very common ingredients of a building material..
That we encounter in factories and establishments..
Asbestos dust can be inhaled while drilling a hole, cutting a pipe, repairing, renovating or demolishing a building. Its effects are far-reaching, affecting everyone from the person mining it to the ultimate consumer.

Clinical reports show that asbestosis, mesothelioma and lung cancer can show up even 25 to 40 years after exposure to asbestos.Unmindful of the fact that "poison" does not become "non-poisonous" as a result of advertising and public relations campaigns,
Here are some Symptoms and Complications of Asbestosis

If you experience symptoms of asbestosis, this may well mean that many scars have formed in your lungs. The lungs lose their elasticity or ability to fill up properly with oxygen. Thus, the first symptoms are shortness of breath and increased breathlessness when exercising.

Worsening in your breathing occurs as asbestosis progresses. Cough, sputum production, and wheezing are less common and are generally associated with smoking. You may display what is known as clubbing of the fingertips (they thicken and enlarge), or develop a blue colour under your nails and a bluish tinge around your mouth..

The Philippine government is working on this issue about the banning of the use of asbestos, infact, last march 16 2011– The House of Representatives Committee on Ecology approved House Bill Nos. 479 and 896. The approval came after the bill authors agreed to an amendment addressing installed asbestos-containing materials in houses and buildings. A Technical Working Group (TWG) tasked to consolidate the bills would craft the amendment.
Banning asbestos is a way to protect our workers, generally in having diseases caused by the asbestos.
This campaign or blog is a waking up call to the government to be mor stict in qualifying construction materials to prevent the risk.
Therefore we, as a student is encouraging all of the constructions and hardware to stop or ban the use of asbestos or selling construction materials that contains asbestos here in the Philippines. Come to think of it that if it starts with ourself we can be able to save life and to maintain our healthy body condition.

Lets start with ourself.
